About me

I love fresh sheets, staring at bugs, walking in nature, my morning tea, fresh raspberries, laughing, gardening, exploring, camp fires, smelling roses, researching, half moon pose, chocolate, second hand treasures, head rubs, learning…..

I also over think, stress too much, am impatient, judgmental and could look after my body, mind and spirit better than I do. I try and fail and try again.

Lunakasha came about from my love of the new moon with it’s promise of a fresh start and a need to find more space in my life. Between my breath, thoughts, actions, joints, perspective.

Space is everywhere and fills everything on this planet, yet somehow we get caught up in the things, the density and heaviness. Instead of seeing the space as something we can expand into, something that gives us freedom, we cram it full of things and fixate on them. Busy, busy, busy but we are not bees.

Lunakasha is my exploration to find that space and share it with you.

I pay my respects to the Wardandi Bibulman People, traditional custodians of the land where I come from and all the other custodians and their lands that we may pass through on our travels. I acknowledge they have been taking care of the land and waterways for many thousands of years.

I am truly grateful to my teachers and my teachers teachers for the vast wisdom of Yoga.
